Todd Mecca Creative partnered with Blue Creative to utilize drone footage (Shot by third party for this video, but have our own equipment if needed) for commercial real estate partner ATAPCO based out of Maryland. The purpose was to introduce a - 10,242 sq ft retail center in the heart of Carmel, Indiana that isn't scheduled to open up until Jan 2017. The video built, tracked and animated elements to give a better understanding to the Carmel Indiana area for interested potential leasers to the Lakeside Retail Shops that wasn't built yet. By calling out employee numbers, street names, and residential units we are allowing people to see the potential customer base driven to their business.
